Attend Practical Trade Assessment
Demonstrate your trade competency (welding, driving, masonry, wiring, food service) at an authorized test center.
GAMCA / Wafid Medical Examination
Complete full mandatory medical diagnostics at an accredited GCC health facility in your home country.
Qatar Visa Center (QVC) Appointment
Undergo biometric registration, contract verification, and official visa processing at your local QVC center.
Pre-Departure Briefing & Flight
Receive your bilingual Qatar Ministry of Labour contract, review travel arrangements, and board your flight to Doha.
Required Documentation Checklist
Ensure you have the following credentials ready before attending trade interviews:
- ✓ Original Passport (valid for at least 6 months with blank pages)
- ✓ Certified Trade / Technical Apprenticeship Certificates
- ✓ Previous GCC Experience Certificates (if applicable)
- ✓ Police Clearance Certificate / Good Conduct Certificate
- ✓ Original Educational Diplomas / Degree Certificates
- ✓ Valid National Commercial Driver License (for driver roles)
- ✓ Passport-size photographs (white background, standard GCC format)
