Requirements & Qualifications :
- These positions are open only to Indonesian nationals
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar café/Coffee Shop Manager role
- Proven experience in Training and Team Development
- Excellent Customer Service & Operational Knowledge
- Strong Leadership and Communication skills
- Deep understanding of P&L and Financials
- Degree holder from a University/Institute
- Well-groomed & presentable.
- Height: 5’2”; Max Weight: 80kg
- Age limit: 32 years
