Key Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Specialist for Domestic Workers, you’ll be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, with a strong focus on local hiring in Qatar:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for domestic worker roles (housemaids, cleaners, nannies, cooks, etc.)
Conduct interviews and background checks
Coordinate with international and local manpower agencies
Maintain and update candidate databases
Communicate with clients regarding their staffing requirements
Ensure compliance with Qatar’s labor laws and immigration regulations
Provide training and orientation guidance to selected workers
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in the domestic worker sector
Must be locally available in Qatar with valid QID (mandatory)
Familiar with Qatar visa processes, MOI, and domestic labor regulations
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic, Tagalog, or Hindi is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and time management
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in a manpower agency or domestic worker hiring firm
Understanding of international recruitment processes
Exposure to Southeast Asian or African labor markets
